We have three levels of support, depending on the requirements of each project.
In each case, it would involve participation of either a Senior Consultation Manager (Band 3), or a Consultation Manager (Band 4).
Tier 1
- Advisory only
- Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
- Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
- Suitable for smaller, non-reputationally sensitive projects
- Operational elements to be handled by project/route teams
Tier 2
- Advisory + Operational
- Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
- Band 4 operational support (cross-charged)
- Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
- Suitable for reputationally sensitive projects, but is subject to Consultation Specialist availability
Tier 3
- Advisory + Recruitment + Operational
- Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
- Band 4 recruitment and line management for operational support (cross-charged)
- Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
- Suitable for larger reputationally sensitive projects
