The National Consultations Team has developed a toolkit of template consultation materials which you can use to produce high quality, consistently branded collateral. To access the toolkit, just email  consultations@networkrail.co.uk.

The toolkit contains brand guidelines and templates for the production of:

• A5 promotional flyers
• Press adverts
• Online banner adverts
• A5 and larger format consultation leaflets, which include gummed foldable feedback forms 
• Pull-up and pop-up banner stands
• Update newsletters

Please note that the toolkit does not include templates for the production of station posters.

You are free to commission outside agencies to produce collateral, as long as it adheres to the specified guidelines.

The toolkit also contains a suite of specially designed consultation icons which can be used in any consultation collateral.
