We have three levels of support, depending on the requirements of each project.

In each case, it would involve participation of either a Senior Consultation Manager (Band 3), or a Consultation Manager (Band 4).


Tier 1

  • Advisory only
  • Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
  • Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
  • Suitable for smaller, non-reputationally sensitive projects
  • Operational elements to be handled by project/route teams

Tier 2

  • Advisory + Operational
  • Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
  • Band 4 operational support (cross-charged)
  • Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
  • Suitable for reputationally sensitive projects, but is subject to Consultation Specialist availability

Tier 3

  • Advisory + Recruitment + Operational
  • Band 3 strategic support (non-charged)
  • Band 4 recruitment and line management for operational support (cross-charged)
  • Access to consultation resources, e.g. Toolkit, Consultation Hub, Handbook
  • Suitable for larger reputationally sensitive projects
